氣象局發布 10度低溫特報

中央氣象局今天下午發布低溫特報，受到寒流影響，各地氣溫偏低；從27日起至30日，台南以北、宜蘭沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖，清晨及夜間將出現10度左右低溫。

氣象局說，農漁養殖業及山坡地作物請嚴防寒害；民眾請注意保暖；使用瓦斯熱水器具應注意室內通風，以免一氧化碳中毒。

此外，氣象局發布大雨特報及強風特報。

氣象局提醒，基隆北海岸及宜蘭地區今天有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，台北市山區及新北市山區有局部大雨發生的機率。

受到強烈東北風影響，台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島、蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門及馬祖地區，將有8至10級強陣風出現。2013/12/25
