香酥油公司規避調查　衛生局罰30萬

彰化縣衛生局追查正義油品下油，和美鎮志忠公司用頂新油品製作「香蔥油」產品，但業者仍不願配合衛生局提供下游流向、及生產產品數量，今天衛生局依違反食品安全衛生管理法第47條，規避調查，開罰30萬元。

衛生局長葉彥伯表示，至忠公司共生產31620公斤香蔥油，其中6成銷售到南投鼎盛生物科技有限公司、及台中圓堡生物科技有限公司，其餘為零售商，昨天現場將庫存香蔥油253罐(600c.c/罐)全都封存，共有151.8公斤。
