這幾天因為活動關係 被用excel建檔的會員資料跟紙本劃位搞趴 想說找看看有沒有甚麼軟體可以加快作業速度 會員管理軟體:要有可以建會員資料(名字電話地址訂位次數) 會員編號的部分要可以自訂依郵遞區號分類(ex:640-0001) 另外還要有各郵遞區號每個月的建檔數統計跟全部會員數總計 目前excel部分是分兩個頁籤"人數統計表"(各區號各月統計跟總計) "會員名冊"(會員編號、姓名電話地址email、預約次數) 訂劃位系統:這需要可以從會員系統抓會員的名字電話地址出來 欄位除了前面的會員名字電話地址外還要有訂位張數跟該場次的已訂位總數 訂位目前做法是列印紙本座位讓民眾自選＋從會員名冊將該名會員資料copy到 預約表excel檔(個別會員訂位張數跟該場已訂位總數) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.233.172.239 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/EZsoft/M.1413126840.A.2A9.html
