科威特油長預期 油價冬季彈升

（中央社科威特2014年10月12日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，科威特石油部長歐梅爾（Ali al-Omair）今天表示，他預期下滑的油價將在冬季彈升。然而，石油輸出國家組織（OPEC）短期內不太可能遏止油價跌勢。

歐梅爾接受官方科威特新聞社（KUNA）訪問時說，「我們預期（油價）將在冬季反彈回升，或至少保住目前的水準。」

歐梅爾表示，他相信油價不會跌破每桶76-77美元之間，這個價位是美國和俄羅斯的產油成本。

歐梅爾指出，受地緣政治、供應攀升、全球經濟成長利空等因素影響，油價下滑不令人意外。

他表示，科威特還沒收到任何要求召開緊急OPEC會議，商討油價的邀請函。不過，如果接到通知，將會參加。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
