俄總統下令俄軍撤離烏克蘭邊界附近

克里姆林宮表示，俄羅斯部隊結束在鄰近烏克蘭邊界羅斯托夫地區的演習後，俄國總統普亭已經下令他們撤回永久基地。普亭可能下星期在米蘭舉行的一項歐亞高峰會中，會晤烏克蘭總統波洛申科。（路透12日電）
